As the longstanding training division of Dexter Construction and the Municipal Group of Companies, the Dexter Institute is committed to building better-trained and more productive workforces. We offer programs both internally and externally at a level not seen in standard company training. This includes:

• World-class courses in the areas of safety, operational/technical, leadership, management and professional development
• An expert staff with vast experience in construction, adult education and other specialized areas (i.e. heavy equipment)
• The use of e-learning software applications, innovative simulation technologies and other hands-on training methods
